Track your mortgage rates in real time to ensure they stay competitive!

Is your lender really looking after you? Are they giving you their BEST possible rate??

When it comes to borrowing money, it doesn’t pay to be too trusting…

That’s because most lenders offer better deals to new customers, instead of looking after you, their long-term ‘loyal’ customer – this means you often end up paying more interest than you should!

In fact, if you haven’t reviewed your home or investment loans in the past few years, you’re almost always going to be paying a higher ‘legacy’ rate with your lender.

It’s commonly referred to as paying a loyalty tax and it sucks!! But there is a solution…

Introducing RateTraker by Sherlok!

Sherlok’s RateTraker is a ground-breaking loan tool that monitors rate movements, tracks your rate competitiveness and requests rate reviews and repricing with your existing lender!

Here’s how it works…

Step 3.

Track your rates in real-time!

Keep your lender honest!

To get started simply complete the RateTraker Invite form below with your details.

Next, we’ll send you an email with a unique link to a secure open banking portal where you can connect all the loan accounts you want to monitor.

Now the magic… RateTraker will instantly compare all of your loans with your lender’s best rates and new offers – giving each loan a score out of 10!

A low score means your loan is no longer competitive and you will be prompted to send an automated reprice request to your existing lender asking them to lower your rates. No lengthy phone calls, emails and no hassles – just sit back and wait for your lender to come back [usually within 3-5 days] with an offer of their best possible rate!

What if I get a high loan score? Great! That means you’re currently on a competitive rate with your lender and no change is required for now.

Once in place, Sherlok’s RateTraker will continue to monitor all of your loans in real-time for any changes, letting you know if your rates ever become uncompetitive!

NOTE: Sherlok’s RateTraker is completely FREE to use and is available to anyone that requests an invite. You do not need to be an Axton Finance client and there is no obligation to use our services.
